1. Does your product have any sort of certificate?
Yes , They do .The majority of our products were approved by CE, ROHS, SGS, UL and the design patent certificate, all our poducts have passed the ISO9001: 2015
2. Is there any waranty?
Yes, our 316 and 316L lights are with a 3 year warranty, the other products have a 2 year warranty.
3. Can you accept a sample order?
Yes , at a mínimum cost. .
4. can you give a better Price?
First of all, we are manufacturers in China and dealers in Europe, we have a pricing policy in which prices differ when the quantity differs.
If your order is big, Please contact us to obtain discounts.
5. How long will the shipment take to arrive to my country and what delivery methods are available?
In general, it will take 3 to 7 working days to ship to any country. We use UPS,DHL,TNT, EMS, FedEx etc… to deliver our products.
We will advise you about the delivery, since we know what delivery Company has the best customs life and the best delivery time for your country.
6. How to make an order?
On one hand, please send your order with the detailed information by email, then we will send you PI to confirm.
On the second hand,if all the information is correct, you can make the order.
Finally, As soon as the paymemnt is received the order will be prepared and shipped.
7. How can I track my order?
After having shipped the products, from 12 to 24h later, you will be sent a tracking number with which you will be able to track your products in your local website.
8. If there is a problem with the product, what should I do?
First of all, all products will be tried 48h before shipment, if there is any problems with the products, send us a picture and a video, then our engineer will find what the problem is as soon as possible and then you will receive a new light o free spare parts if it is a quality problem.
